My fitness plan/training diary

Hey bloggers welcome back to my blog. Over the past week we made a fitness plan. It is for our inquiry this term. If you don't know what I'm talking about on Monday we made a fitness plan and we have this training diary. First lets talk about the training diary, For the training dairy we had to write a complement every morning. The next thing we do is write if we took a device to bed. If we took our device to bed then we failed the challenge of not taking our device to bed.

The next thing is my fitness plan. On Monday this week we made our own fitness plan, we had to write 9 different exercise. Those 9 different exercise can be anything. The 9 thing I chose were a plank for one,time yourself on one leg, a two minute jog on the spot, five push ups, 20 star jumps, 15 sit ups, 20 lunges, hula hooping and skipping. All these exercise we have to do every morning well most morning. Thats it for today bloggers. Hope you have a good weekend. Blog you later!




ANZAC activities

 Kia ora bloggers today I will be talking about my favorite ANZAC activity and my least favorite. Okay lets start with my least favorite ANZAC activity. For math we did this thing where it says how many people went to war and what year they went and how many people died. After that we had to work out how long they went to war for. Okay on to my favorite peace of work. My favorite peace of work is a letter to my family if I was in war here's what I wrote Dear family and friends I am sending this letter to you.This might be my last letter. I just want to tell you I love you And I hope you are okay If you don’t see me again you might Know why.I love you lots and I hope I make it.If you get this letter please send me a letter back love you lots From favorite child aka Santanna
