Kia ora blogger in lockdown me and my family went on a long walk.We went a 6 km walk. We we started near Lynfield countdown then we walk to Hillsborough I was very very exhausted.Every time I saw a bus stop I will always run and sit down. Then we continued walking,my leg were dying because they we exhausted and then we came near a shop and my dad said we can get one thing so I got a drink. After walking past the shop we saw a house with a long drive way and at the top was a bucket of flower that said we can take some so I toke 2 flower and they smelt so good. Then we walked to Dominion road. We were almost home. then we kept on walking. After walking we were went down white swan we were about 15 minute away from my house I was so happy when we were nearly home. after walking for about 10 min we were at the bottom of our Street. And finally we were home I went to my room and had a big nap we walk for about hour and 30 minutes. Hope you enjoyed my blog

Spark Arena

Spark Arena

Kia ora bloggers on the 17th  all the year six went on a trip to Spark Arena. When we got to Spark Arena there were 2 different schools. We went into the music room which was called Sound Fun. A lady named Suzy Cato and the CEO of Spark Arena who was the one who made this trip happen, his name is Brendan. Then Suzy talked about all the stations that we were going to go to. The first station we did was the Happy Place and then we had to go back to Sounds Fun and then to Van Gogh Exhibition.

HAPPY PLACE

When we were walking up the stairs I could see some of the staff and I was so happy. Then we got to the top and lined up. Then we were heading my arms were moving with excitement. Then we had a chance to go down the big gumball machine slide but I chose not to because there were too many kids.  There were lots of gumball machine filled with lolly's but sadly we weren't allowed to eat any.  we went to the next room but it  just had xo in it. Then we went to the next room witch was the ball pit room and I was so excited. After we had to take our shoes we had to line up and me and my friends were near the back so it took a long time but finally it was our tern. when we were heading up the steps one of my friend said to jump of together and we all said sure then the man who was working on the station counted us down 5 4 3 2 1 then we all jumped and then when I thought that I could get out I was stuck and the man had to pull me up. After I got pulled out I went to this room with sequence on the mirror then me and my friend posed to the camera and then we went to the next room witch was filled with plastic chains. When I was  walking through the chains I closed my eyes and I was near the end and I hit my face on the mirror that I didn't know was their.After hitting my face me and my friends went to this big room with a big cookie in it but it wasn't real. Then I went to the upside down room and it was so cool. After seeing the upside down room we went to the next witch was a big bubble filled with confetti that you can go in it was so cool. But sadly it was time to leave the happy place have you ever been in the happy room 

SOUNDS FUN

In Sounds Fun we got to play the trumpet make our own music play with the electric drums. The first thing I wanted to do was the trumpet so me and my friends went to the trumpets and learnt how to play the trumpet for the first time. After we went to sit on the comfy chairs and pretended to be interviews about how there day is going so far. Then I went to make your own beat and music. On the microphone everyone calling for Miss Daily one of our teachers  to come sing but she kept saying no. Then I went to sit down and relax but it was time for us to go to the next place which is Van Gogh exhibition.

When we were near Van Gogh Exhibition it was so quiet even when we got in it was so quiet. When I was looking around there were so many art work. Then we went to this other room which had art on the wall and the floor,we stayed in their for about 20 minuets and left. We went to the next room which had lots of yellow flower  but I didn't really like the smell. After we were walking out the teacher ask everyone to line up and if you need to go to the toilet I really need to go to the bathroom. Then me and my friends lined up. As we were walking out the people that work made us a lunch bag,it had a sandwich with a apple a juice And chips, it was yum. But then we had to go because the bus was here I was sad because I didn't  want to leave.

Timetables for math

 Kia Ora bloggers welcome to my blog today I will be talking about what we've doing this week in math. This week we have been learning about our times tables. We have been practicing our three times tables and more but we mostly three times tables. Before we were learning our three times tables I didn't really know that much three times tables but now I know lots like 3x9=27 3x10=30 and more. My three times tables our kind of easy to do now because of all the practice and its really fun to do. But my favorite times table is my five and 10 because they are easy to do and there fun. My fitness plan/training diary

Hey bloggers welcome back to my blog. Over the past week we made a fitness plan. It is for our inquiry this term. If you don't know what I'm talking about on Monday we made a fitness plan and we have this training diary. First lets talk about the training diary, For the training dairy we had to write a complement every morning. The next thing we do is write if we took a device to bed. If we took our device to bed then we failed the challenge of not taking our device to bed.

The next thing is my fitness plan. On Monday this week we made our own fitness plan, we had to write 9 different exercise. Those 9 different exercise can be anything. The 9 thing I chose were a plank for one,time yourself on one leg, a two minute jog on the spot, five push ups, 20 star jumps, 15 sit ups, 20 lunges, hula hooping and skipping. ANZAC activities

 Kia ora bloggers today I will be talking about my favorite ANZAC activity and my least favorite. Okay lets start with my least favorite ANZAC activity. For math we did this thing where it says how many people went to war and what year they went and how many people died. After that we had to work out how long they went to war for. Okay on to my favorite peace of work. My favorite peace of work is a letter to my family if I was in war here's what I wrote Dear family and friends I am sending this letter to you.This might be my last letter. Netball

Kia ora bloggers,on Wednesday the 7th of April 2021 it was our last netball training with Josina and Olivia but Josina wasn't there it was a new girl called Antonia.First we played a game where you had to tag someone and if you get tagged you have to Bob down but if the person who tagged you gets tagged your backup and it keeps going. After that game we did some stretches.The stretches we did were lunges , squats, butt kicks ,a jog and a sprint.After that we got to play a game called golden child.And if you don't know how to play here's what you do. So there are two teams one team  will be shooting the ball and one team will be running. There will be a golden child and they have to stand at the back of the line. when the other the team is shooting you have to run to the end of the court or were ever you want when you guys play. And when the other team gets the ball in you have to stop and it keeps going but when it get to the last person the golden child can tag everyone and they have to ran to the finish line to win.And the last game we played was a number game. When someone calls  a number that's how many people get to ran and have get the ball in the hoop. and sadly it was finish and was sad and tired.That's it for to day bloggers. have a good day and a nice weekend. Lockdown 4

Hey blogger's today I will be talking about my 4th lockdown. In lockdown I felt good because we didn't have go to school and because I could sleep in. My favorite work activity was kahoot for Math's because I came 15th place. and sunshine classics for reading because I love reading the books. My favorite book was soup.

My favorite thing I did with my family was playing hide and seek and lots of kahoot. Being back at school is fun and kind of sad  because I get to see my friends and because I don't get to sleep in. I'm happy that were in level 2 and not in level 3 because I get go to out and see my other family. I hope you enjoyed my blog , blog you latter

Xmas

Hey bloggers, today I will be talking about what we did. Well today I did Christmas activities. One of them was a Christmas tree that you had to poke it on the carpet with a pin 
and if you put them on a window it will look so good and pretty. The other one was weaving. The weaving one was a bit hard but at the end it got easier for most of my classmate an Throught the  Christmas tree one was hard but at the end it was worth it. Skateboard lesson

Hey blogger today I did skateboarding. Have you guys ever done skateboarding before? Well this was my second time skateboarding. This skateboarding lesson was good because the skateboard tricks were easy and not too hard. If you did a lesson like what i'm doing were the tricks easy or hard? One of the skills I learnt was called the' snake. If you're wondering what snake is, it is when you like have to like turn your skateboarding. And my favorite thing was traffic light because it was fun to do. I really enjoyed this skateboarding lesson it was amazing. I'm looking ford to next week lesson. Blog you later!!!

School production 

Hola  everyone today I will be telling to guys about our school production. This school production theme was Jasmine and Aladdin.It took us 13 weeks for us to to put it all together. We did our production at waikowhai intermediate. The days you could  have came and watch us was Wednesday,Thursday and Friday. The times were 7.pm - 8.pm and on the Friday one was 11.am - 1.30pm. On the first night I was a bit nervous and all the other nights were okay. On Friday the last day for our production it was sad for the seniors because it was our last production. My Favorite thing about production was all the dances and all the effort we put into it.The main character were Jasmine - Brittany, Aladdin-Masi, Persia-Hosanna, Jewiz-Jonathan and Omar-Aysha and Genie - Ari/Maddison

Basketball

Kia Ora bloggers. On the 28th of October we had our last basketball session. For our last basketball session we played some games. The games were number basketball, and a warm up game which I forgot the name of. The number game is when Mikey  call out a number like 5 and 5 people have to try and get the ball and shoot the ball in the basketball hoop. The other one is one person has to dribble the ball to the cone and do a trick and shoot the ball into the hoop.My favorite session was the 2 second to last because we played lots of game that I didn't know about.

Hi blogger's today I will be sharing are matariki day. If you don't know what matariki is it is a Maori new years.And the best time to see if you can spot the matariki stars is at 5.30am - 6.30am. Yesterday we did some actives. The actives were baking,stop motion, and making some kites. the first one actives was baking. we made some fried beard with Mrs Jones. I put some chocolate in mine. we made it with water and flower. Next was stop motion. We had to make it about matariki. Me and NJ were buddy but we didn't get to Finnish it..................

cross country day

Hi blogger's today I will be sharing what we did on the 2nd of July. on the 2nd of July we did cross country. We had to get in our year group. I was in year 5 girl and boys. our first station was fun games and play on the park. And then we went tennis me and my friend Caja were together. We packed up and went to hand ball we were playing and playing and then then the hand  bell went. And then we went to a blind fold game were you had to pick up two bean bags with a blind fold on. After we went to go and watch the year four kids run. And then it was are turn we had to do two laps and my friend Caja came 1st and then Erana came 2nd and then me who came 3rd place.

Lock down diary

post lock down diary our first week after 8 week of lock down was really easy because we didn't do home work like we normally did before lock down. We had a choice boards for math and reading some of the were fun like kahoot. 

Getting to know Santanna

In Te Waka Ako we have been doing aour getting to know you form. On my form it what my family likes who I live with and what we do. It even has what I like and what I don't like. Have a read through.

Athletics day

On the 19th November we had athletics day. The w.hole school did it. We did it at school. First the 8 year old girls did high jump I only got to do two because I was late for school but I missed all of them but  I still had fun. Then we went to the obstacle course, we had to jump over some bars. Then the bell went then we went and sat down and wait to go and play. After we played we went to fun throw. Fun throw is when you throw something really cool.
Then we went to 400 m run it was tiring.  My friend Zara was down the bottom of where we were running. Then we went to sprints we ran if we came first, second,  or third place then you will get a card that says your number that you came. 
And at the end we had house relays house relays is when you go in your house colours there are Ruru, Tui, Pukeko and Kea.  Some people got chosen to run and some didn't get to.  At the end they said that we will find out who won at assembly on Friday. My favourite part was sprints because we got to go against our friends.  

Corbans Estate trip

Yesterday the 13th of November we went on a school trip to the Pacific Mama's. When we got there they were doing a greeting to us it was cool. When we went inside we took our shoes off. 

We got to make are own leis we got to make one for who we want to make it for I made mine for my teacher. First we got string then we put the flower in the string and then put a cut up straw in the string and put the flower in. I made 5 different patterns. My favourite part about lei making is that we got to make our own. 

After we made our leis we went to drumming. It was a blast! I wish we went back because we got to do lots of cool and amazing things there. 

I was sad when we had to go. I wish I can stay there but it was amazing.
